I love Snoopy, don’t you? I’d love to have known Charles M. Schulz. If I had, I would have asked him the story behind Author Snoopy. (I’ll bet there is one.)
Remember Snoopy and all the story lines he went through? He was an ice skater, a short stop, a hockey player, he fought the Red Baron and on and on.
I think all that is part of his writer’s life. Here’s one of my favorite Snoopy cartoons for the writer in all of us.

Actually, it was Saturday funnies, but who am I to quibble? LOL.
I was working in my office and came across that ‘toon. I posted it for all of us who get rejections. (Been there, done that.) And those of us who never get them. (So that’s how the other half lives.)
I would be in the first (rejections) group.
